Frequently Asked Applicant Record Questions
WHEN IS THE APPLICANT RECORD DUE?
- Students enrolled in Catholic elementary schools do not have to do anything with the Applicant Record. Students enrolled in public, private, or non-diocesan schools must have their schools return the Applicant Record to the student's three high school choices arriving by December 15, 2020.

WHO COMPLETES THE APPLICANT RECORD?
- An elementary school teacher, counselor, or principal.

WHERE ARE THE COMPLETED APPLICANT RECORDS SENT AND HOW?
- Catholic elementary schools will complete Applicant Records via the Internet at www.tachsinfo.com. The Applicant Record is sent electronically to the three high school choices of each student.

- Students not enrolled in a Catholic elementary school will use the blackline master copy located in the Student Handbook or print a blank record found at www.tachsinfo.com. The Applicant Record must be sent to the three high school choices by a school official.

I SENT (OR MY SCHOOL SENT) THE APPLICANT RECORD DIRECTLY TO RIVERSIDE OR THE TACHS EXAMINATION OFFICE...WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
- You or the school that sent the Applicant Record will be contacted. The school will need to re-send the Applicant Record to the three high school choices, as it will not be forwarded from the TACHS Registration Office.
